Public relations and marketing professional Frank Pagani has a successful track record helping small business owners, entrepreneurs and start-ups succeed by creating and implementing cost-effective, high-impact public relations and marketing communications programs. But his old website, frankpaganicopywriter.com, needed some re-branding to convey the full range of his services.
We took basic elements Frank really liked about his existing site—the red and gold colors and strong headlines—and pumped them up. We displayed his mission statement, call to action statement and cool, animated client testimonials more prominently, in banners that span the width of his site. We gave him a bold and dynamic logo and a new name that overarches his writing, marketing and networking talents: Pagani PR.
We also sat down with Frank to gain a deeper understanding of the tasks he most frequently performed with his prior site—to understand what worked well and what needed improvement. Our task was to ease those pain points and build off of the the things that were already working successfully. Our goal was to develop a system and workflow for Frank that he found friendly and intuitive, both from the user interface perspective and to make long-term operation of his site easier and more enjoyable.
The web site system we built for Frank enables him to spend less time and energy working around the complexities of both publishing his own content and managing his web property. That frees him up to do what he really wants to be doing—providing world class service to his expanding list of clients. Helping him run his business in a more efficient manner and making him look good while he’s doing it means we’ve done our jobs well.
